"First off, Joshua is an amazing person. Usually smiling, always engaging; Joshua has a special way of connecting with others. And that's what makes him so good at his job. Both in the areas of team work, and designing instructional material, connecting and relating to others is the most important skill a person can have, and it seems to be totally natural for Joshua.
For most of our projects, Joshua would come up with the instructional flow, and the entire layout of the training material. I would then find or create assets graphically to compliment the design he had created, whether it be photography or digital art, etc. The majority of my job is collaborating with others, and out of my extensive experience with that, I can attest to how much of a joy it is to work with Joshua on any project. He has a keen knack for coming up with solutions for things, and knowing what to prioritize.
